It all started inside my father’s factory, Hoa Dang Candle Co., Ltd. My childhood fascination with candles turned to my new understanding of how business connects people, purpose, and production.
Since August 2023, I have interned at Hoa Dang Candle, holding a dual role across both the Manufacturing and Business Departments. On the factory floor, I met Sơn, whose steady hands and words reshaped my understanding of work and worth. His belief that education could shorten a twenty-year struggle into two taught me that business is not just about numbers—it’s about human lives behind them.
